Identified and evaluated risks via qualitative and quantitative methods and communicated potential impacts. Supervised multiple steps to increase risk management options including technical guidance, training, modeling, and tracking tool development and database maintenance.

¨       Developed and initiated risk management plan for NASA’s Capital Facilities Investment Program including implementing program within agency’s various centers.

¨       Established method to “grade” every project that was brought to and approved by headquarters.
